On the heels of racist actions and vandalized hate speech on campus, as well as a heartening anti-racist response (including an amazing sit-in at the Union!) and pressure on the Ohio State administration to take decisive stands against further oppressive behaviors, the ISO branch on campus is presenting “Slavery, Empire, and the Roots of Racism”, a teach-in next Tuesday evening.
This is not an Occupy OSU event, but may be of interest to occupiers, and indeed anyone who is interested in social justice, however you identify politically.
